brlaser: Upgrade from git to 6.1
This package previously tracked the latest in git, but only because
there hasn't been a proper release in three years and there have been
some much-needed fixes since then. FreeBSD uses the fork at QORTEC/brlaser,
which has released a new version with a few additional fixes,
so I've switched to use the same fork instead of the original
pdewacht/brlaser.
